Where do you deliver?

Our area of operation is within a 20-mile radius from our office in Celebration, Florida. We deliver to Disney resorts, hotels, and private vacation rental properties. If you have questions concerning your eligibility for free delivery and pick-up please feel free to contact us by phone or email!

Are the strollers cleaned between rentals?

Absolutely! The health and safety of your family is of the utmost importance to our Theme Park Strollers family. All strollers are machine washed and sanitized between each use.

What should I do if I need to extend my order?

If you would like to extend the length of your order we are just a phone call away! We will make every effort possible to accommodate your newly intended return date.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes things come up and changes must be made. In an attempt to make change just a little easier, a full refund will be provided to cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your rental date. After 48 hours, we will issue a 50% refund of your purchase. However, if you do not show up at the time of your delivery, no refund will be issued.

What do I do if I have an issue during my vacation?

Please feel free to contact us via phone or email at any point throughout your rental and we will do everything in our power to fix the issue at hand!
